22 x F.A.T PRO Acoustic Tiles. Each tile measures 15" x 15" x 4" (depth). They are grey in colour.
I
used these tiles in a previous studio in my house… I have since built a
new studio incorporating acoustic treatment within the building, so no
longer need these. They have very minor marks on the back where they
were glued to the wall, which have no effect, either practically or
visually.
They
are great for breaking up the reverb and echo that can clutter a
recording, and cause fatigue during mixing. The F.A.T. PRO Acoustic
Tiles are a thicker version of the standard F.A.T Acoustic Tiles.
Being twice the thickness (4 inches), they offer increased absorption
over a wider range of frequencies which means you get more effective
treatment without taking up more wall space. There are enough tiles
here to deaden most project studio rooms.
